Q. Does Power Up Auto accept insurance claims?

Yes, glad to help you with that. Keep in mind many of the aftermarket warranties only cover the parts that do not break, but please give us a call and we can help determine if the repair is covered.

Q. Can Power Up Auto diagnose the problem over the phone?

Yes (or by email). Just need to know the year, make, and model. You will find specifics for many vehicles on the click to fix tab on this web site.  A few general power window conditions, If you hear a crunching, grinding sound that stops after 8-12 seconds it might be a broken regulator (the cables that pull the window up and down on a metal crossbrace), If you depress the switch down and hear a click but hear nothing when you press the switch up it might be the actual switch (also, in most cases if one switch is bad neither switch will work). If you do not hear anything it might be the window motor. Remember, we can give an accurate price over the phone.
